Tim Hortons, Holt Renfrew Centre 50 Bloor Street West Toronto, ON

This location does not listen to your order nor do they care to make it the way you like it. Why can't this location toast a bagel? Single or double toasted - the bagel is practically raw and gooey inside. If you ask for it triple toasted, they char the bagel so its not even edible. Unfortunately I find this is a problem at all loacations. What happened to customer statisfaction? If Tim Hortons is going to dominate the Toronto landscape then they should teach their employees hot to toast a bagel.
