This place does not give a crap about their customers. I have played pool there on several occasions. I had to wait on one occasion 45 minutes before I had someone come and ask me if needed anything. When I was in there recently, I complained to the night manager about how they treat CPA(Canadian Pool Association) members who do not play out of their bar, I was told that I should just leave because he didn't like my attitude. It's no wonder that some of the teams that played out of shoxx have left to play at other bars
